​​​​​28 attacks by Turkish occupation army on defense areas of Mediya

The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces issued a statement regarding the attacks of the Turkish occupation army, which read:

On April 29, the Turkish occupation army launched its attacks on our forces in Metîna, forcing our forces to respond with heavy weapons to defend themselves.

On May 1, at 08:20, the Turkish occupation army attacked our forces with heavy weapons at Judy Hill, and our forces also responded with heavy weapons to defend themselves.

On April 29, May 1 and 2, the warplanes of the Turkish occupation bombed the resistance squares in Gargala Hill, Amadiya Hill, Shahid Berdogan Hill and Judy Hill, in addition to Wadi Kafia Square, 9 times.

On the 29th and 30th of April and May 1st, the vicinity of the village of Tarfanash in Metîna, the resistance squares in Tallat Judi, Talat FM, Talat Amadiya and the trenches of our forces in Jamjo and Sayida were bombed twice by attack helicopters, and by cannons, tanks, mortars and heavy weapons 15 times.

The occupation army also tried to destroy the resistance trenches in Sayida with bulldozers.
