Kurdish child recognizes 3 Turkish policemen who beat him

The Kurdish child (14 years old), who was tortured on Newroz day by the Turkish police and then thrown into a swamp on the bank of the river, recognized the three elements who beat him at the time, while it was alleged that they were arrested.

On the evening of Newroz (March 21), the Turkish police kidnapped the child (Y.D.) while he was returning to his home in Lajah with his 10-year-old friend, and forced him, after torturing him, tying his hands and feet, and threatening him with death, to say "I am Turkish" and curse the Kurds.

Then the child was found dumped in a swamp on the bank of the river while his hands and feet were tied and his mouth was gagged.

After the Mesopotamia news agency revealed this brutality and the great condemnation it raised, the Public Prosecution Office began to investigate.

In the context of these investigations, the child (Y.D.) was summoned to the gendarmerie command in Lajah to identify the perpetrators.

According to the information provided by the child's family, the child (Y.D.) recognized the three perpetrators who beat him in front of the public prosecutor without his lawyer.

After identifying their photos, an arrest warrant was issued against the three perpetrators, including a commissioner, and it was alleged that they were being arrested in Ankara.
