Karayilan: Leader Ocalan subjected to violent attack

The member of the Executive Body of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), Murad Karayilan, spoke on a special program on Stêrk TV, translated by ANF News Agency.

In the first part of the meeting, Karayilan assessed the isolation imposed on the leader Abdullah Ocalan and the war in legitimate defense areas, as follows:

*There is severe isolation of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and the Kurdish people are carrying out activities against this isolation. How do you see the level of this thing?

Recently, there have been violent attacks on northern Kurdistan and its environs by the Turkish occupation state.

The enemy tried to take advantage of the weather, in many places it did not succeed, but the areas of Judy, Kabar and Basta witnessed violent war, and in return there was great resistance, we remember in person Comrade commander Haroun in Judy and in the person of comrade commander Hogir in Kabar and Efrim and in the person of comrade commander Rojbin Kafr in Besta all the martyrs of the resistance with appreciation and respect, on the other hand, in the recent period and during an enemy attack, two members of the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party (MLKP) were martyred, They were leaders, we remember comrade Ahmed Shoresh and Furat Nawal with all respect, we remember in the person of comrade Melsa Mush, who was martyred last year and announced her martyrdom this year, as she had great efforts in preparing for the resistance of Zap, all the martyrs of Zap with appreciation and respect, and we bow before their memory and we renew our covenant that we made to them.

Leader Ocalan is subjected to violent attack through absolute isolation and psychological torture. We have repeatedly said that this isolation does not target one person, but rather an entire people, targeting the freedom and future of the Kurdish people, and the democratization of Turkey.

The Isolation targets law and justice it is against the future of the peoples. The region and we have always mentioned this thing, and this is the truth, but now we see that there are reactions, that this isolation stands as a major obstacle to rights, justice, democracy and freedom, because through this isolation a policy of genocide is practiced against Kurdistan, in its content there is genocide, and Public opinion, our people, and friendly peoples are understood this thing.

In fact, there have been great reactions to this thing in the recent period. Today, in contrast to this policy of the Turkish state, which does not have any moral and legal standards and is unparalleled anywhere else, there is a struggle, and reactions from Before our people, friends of our people abroad, in Europe and elsewhere in the world, friendly peoples, friendly movements, human rights defenders and democrats, there are voices rising in the Turkish Parliament and also in the European Parliament by the Parliament. Among the French, the Germans, and in Kurdistan as well. These responses aroused public opinion. We can say that there is a good level, but it is not sufficient. Basically, we are behind in that. It should have happened before now. At the global level, a party was previously held in Italy, and now in Spain, solidarity and showing friendship happened to some extent in a substantial way today, but as we said this is not enough, we must escalate it more and strengthen it, in order to be able to break the shackles of the international conspiracy and the policy of torture and isolation on the leader Abdullah Ocalan.
