Guerrilla forces reveals killing Turkish occupation soldier; downing UAV

The People's Defense Forces (HPG) revealed the killing of a soldier of the Turkish occupation during a qualitative operation carried out by the mobile teams of Guerrilla in Amdiya district, and the downing of an occupation drone in the "Qartal" hill in Metîna in the legitimate defense areas.

On Monday, the Media Center of the People's Defense Forces issued a statement to the public opinion about the ongoing battles and developments in the legitimate defense areas, in which it stated:

"The mobile teams of the Guerrilla forces carried out a qualitative operation with heavy weapons against the Turkish occupation army in the Jamjo area of the Shiladzi district of Amadiya district, which resulted in the death of an occupying Turkish soldier."

The Media Center indicated that "the mobile teams of the Free Women's Units - Star dealt painful blows to the Turkish occupation with heavy weapons in Martyr Shaheen Square in the Khakurk region, and shot down a UAV belonging to the Turkish occupation in Metîna."

The statement stated, "The Turkish occupation state bombed the resistance areas in Khakurk four times with warplanes, and dozens of times with tank and artillery shells, the resistance squares in Amadiya."
