ANHA monitors HQ Internal security forces after launching ISIS attack

ANHA’s agency monitored, with pictures and videos, the center of the Internal Security Forces in the city of Raqqa, which was subjected to a suicide attack carried out by a cell of ISIS mercenaries.

On Monday, ISIS mercenaries launched a suicide attack on the headquarters of the Internal Security Forces in al-Diriyah neighborhood, northwest of the city of Raqqa, near which there is a prison for ISIS mercenaries.

The Internal Security Forces responded to the attack and killed two mercenaries, one of whom was wearing an explosive belt out of 5 who attacked the headquarters, after which a security cordon was imposed around its center, in addition to an intense security deployment throughout the city in anticipation of any emergency, in addition to the continuous search and combing operations in search of mercenaries, fleeing.

The Interior Committee of the Raqqa Civil Council also decided to implement a total curfew in the city from today until further notice, and called on the people to abide by the circular in order to preserve their safety.
