Hazaa Muhammad calls on clans in occupied areas to rise up against the occupier

The deputy co-chair of occupied Girê Spî Canton, Hazaa Muhammad, called on the clans in the occupied areas to rise up in the face of Turkish occupier and its mercenaries.

The deputy co-chair of occupied Girê Spî Canton, Hazaa Muhammad, commented on the ongoing crimes against the sons of the clans of occupied Girê Spî Canton, the latest of which was the kidnapping of a notable of Albu Assaf clans from Al-Ali Bajalia and a young man from the same town.

Muhammad said: "The crimes of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries have not stopped, since their occupation of Girê Spî Canton on October 9, 2019, from killing, kidnapping, and looting of property, with the aim of displacing the indigenous people from their areas."

And about the kidnapping of one of the notables of Albu Assaf clan in the village of Al-Ali Bajalia, during the past week, called Hayel al-Hassan, the nephew of clan sheikh, and the kidnapping of the young Khder Jassim al-Muhammad from the same clan, two days later, and a ransom of 4 thousand US dollars was demanded for his release, Hazaa said, "The kidnapping of a clan notable is an attack on the entire clan."

And he added, "The crimes of the Turkish occupation kidnapping women also, and this is a strange thing in our regions and a violation of our traditions that prevent such a thing."

ANHA agency documented during the past 2 years that the mercenaries kidnapped 15 women, including 7 from the town of Al-Ali Bajalia, and beat them in front of their families.

The deputy co-chair of the Girê Spî Canton Council called on "the sons of the clans in the occupied Canton to rise up in the face of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries and not to bow and surrender to them."
