 Mustafa Amin confirmed that Turkey is largely involved in the growth of ISIS, and contributes to the growth of ISIS and jihadist incubators in the region, turning them into breeding grounds and exporting mercenaries abroad.  This poses a threat to the region, the Arab and Islamic world, and the world as a whole.
