The Hamburg Kurdish Film Festival will be held in its 13th session from October 26 to 31 of the same month, at the Zeiss Cinema in Hamburg, Germany, under the slogan "Women, life, freedom jin jiyan azdaî", after the popular uprising in Rojhilat.
