Oglu said, " The Turkish occupation is trying to devour large areas and impose a fait accompli under the pretext of confronting the Kurdistan Workers Party," according to Almaalomah agency.

Oglu said, "Ankara has 7,000 soldiers deployed in 100 locations, including 3 military bases, with squadrons of helicopters and shields," noting that "the incursion increased in pace after 2014 as it is approaching the borders of Mosul and Kirkuk directly."

He pointed out that "more than 10 thousand families have been affected in Kurdistan by the Turkish incursion, which has been going on for two decades without any stop."
