​​​​​​​TMC commemorates leader Rinas Roj and TMC's martyrs through mural in Hasaka

With the approach of the first anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders Renas Roj, Sawsan Berhat, Akid Karaki Legy, and their comrades Saifullah Ahmed and Robar Hasaka,The Tel Tamer Military Council directed a number of artists to embody the images of the martyrs in a mural in the Tel Tamer district of al-Hasakah canton.

August 19 marks the first anniversary of the martyrdom of these leaders and fighters in two attacks on Ali Faro Road and the Public Relations Center of the Tal Tamr Military Council, after obtaining intelligence information from its spies in the region.

The mural, which is being worked on by a number of artists, depicts the leaders and fighters on some of the remaining parts of the targeted relations center in Tal Tamr.

The council also turned the place of the targeting into a private garden.

The General Command of the Syrian Democratic Forces had said in a written statement issued on August 20, 2021: "On August 19, at exactly two o'clock in the afternoon, the Turkish occupation UAV targeted the car of the leader of our YPG units, Renas Roj, which led to his martyrdom.

And on the same day at exactly six o’clock in the evening, the Turkish occupation carried out an air attack targeting the headquarters of the Military Council of Tal Tamr, during the brutal Turkish attack, a member of the Military Council of the Women’s Protection Units YPJ and the Military Council of the Syrian Democratic Forces, Sawsan Berhat, as well as the martyrs of comrades Akid Karaki Legy and Robar Hasaka, and comrade Saifullah Ahmed, in addition to the wounding of three fighters.
