Guerillas kill 6 Turkish soldiers and destroy battle position

The HPG Media Office released a statement saying: “Our forces continue to carry out actions against the Turkish occupation army. As a result of actions carried out by our forces, 6 Turkish occupation soldiers were killed and a battle position was destroyed”

The Turkish occupation army attacked the positions in the Resistance Areas 3 times with tactical nuclear weapons and chemical weapons, 5 times with warplanes, 28 times with attack helicopters and dozens of times with howitzers and heavy artillery”

Following is the information shared by the HPG Media center regarding the actions carried out by the guerillas and the attacks carried out by the occupation:

 “ In the framework of the Martyr Savash Marash Revolutionary Campaign in the Battle of Khabour;

On July 30 between 10.50-11.00 hrs, the Turkish occupation army attempted to advance after attacking the battle positions in the Resistance Area of Gire Judi with heavy artillery. Our forces carried out 2 sabotage actions against the occupiers and at least 1 occupation soldier was killed.

In the framework of the Zap Eagles Revolutionary Campaign in the Zap region;

On July 30 during the evening hours, our forces targeted a helicopter which attemted to bombard the Resistance Area in Chemcho. After the intervention by our forces, the helicopter was forced to retreat from the area.

On July 31 at 05.40hrs, our forces targeted the occupation forces on the peak of Martyr Akif Hill with heavy weapons.

In the framework of the Zap Eagles Revolutionary Campaign in the Xakurk region;

On July 30 at 12.45hrs, our YJA-STAR forces carried out an action against the occupation soldiers in Martyr Shahan Hill with heavy weapons. 5 Turkish occupation soldiers were killed and a battle position was destroyed.

Attacks carried out by the Turkish occupation army with tactical nuclear weapons and chemical weapons;

On July 30, the Martyr Adil war tunnels in the Resistance Area in Chemcho, were bombed 3 times with tactical nuclear weapons and chemical weapons.

Attacks by the Turkish occupation army with heavy weapons, howitzers, helicopters and war planes;

On July 30, a UAV hovered over the Resistance Areas in Chemcho, Judi Hill, FM Hill and Amediye Hill.

On July 30, the Resistance Areas of Saja and Sida were bombed 5 times with warplanes.

On July 30, the resistance areas of FM Hill, Hakkari Hill, Judi Hill, Werkhele and Şikefta Birîndara(Cave of the Wounded), Koker and Karker were bombed 28 times by attack helicopters.

On Juy 30, the Martyr Adil war tunnels and the Resistance Area of Chemcho were targeted dozens of times by howitzers and heavy weapons which were deployed on bases along the border.”
