YPG's: ISIS operates in areas under Turkish occupation forces

Spokesperson for the Peoples' Protection Units Nuri Mahmoud warned against the threats made by the Turkish occupation state against NES.

In an interview with ANHA Mahmoud aid:

''ISIS moves with the Justice and Development Party led by Recep Tayyip Erdogan. it is notable whenever Turkey threatens the region ISIS becomes more active. This shows that they move together and have one mentality but under different names all against the international laws and regulations''.

Today Turkey that is a NATO allay exploits its membership in the alliance to serve its agendas and interest.

Mahmoud said that in Afrin, Jarablus, al-Bab and Azaz they operate but under different names.

Mahmoud went on to say that the so-called Syrian National Army and the Syrian Coalition are work under directives of Erdogan that seeks to form Hamidiaye liwas. 

Mahmoud said in areas under their control they arrest ISIS sleeper cells while  in the occupied areas ISIS commanders are arrested. Abu Bakr Baghdadi and Abu Ibrahim Quraish and the latest one in Jarablus where a high profile official was arrested. In those areas strategies are set for the ISIS organization to train them and set plans. The attack on the Sina'a prison in the city of Hasaka runs into this trend. The scheme was hatched there. 

YPG's went on to say that organizing and leading ISIS takes place in those areas under occupation. From there they sneak into our areas. Their headquarters is located in Aintab and Urfa and Ankara. Recently there has been much dismay and discontent in occupied areas against the Turkish authorities as people of the Ghuta asked to return to their home.

They were exploited by Turkey along with the Nusra Front and the Qaeda and the remainders of ISIS to control Afrin''.

Mahmoud laid much stress on the fact that ISIS is still present and it did not end and is still active. There are 12, 000 ISIS in our jails, and almost 60, 000 families of ISIS living in the Hol camp with their children that have the same mentality and their children gro0w up by this mentality. We cannot by no means say that ISIS was ended. We can say we destroyed it geographically but from the organizational and mentality point of view it still works and it is probable to that is cells emerge at any place as it was the case of the Sina'a prison where the aggressive attack was ordered by Turkey. 

To terminate ISIS proper Nuri Mahmoud said areas extending between Deir Ezzor, Sweida and Palmyra should be cleared of ISIS in the true sense of the word. And to work out to prosecute ISIS mercenaries in jails and to rehabilitate children of ISIS''.

Mahmoud said the recent threats made against north east Syrian gives moral to the ISIS mercenaries to increase their activities. Our work continues against ISIS. Peoples of NES from Deir Ezzor and Manbij are determined to cooperate with our forces to overcome the groups. There is a strong coordination between locals and our forces. But the recent Turkish occupation threats makes our campaign against ISIS in the second stage as there occupation poses more threats and dangers to the region. In this way our forces and ready. 

YPG's lashed out at the international community that takes no action, '' the whole world should know the attachment between the Turkish occupation state and the ISIS mercenaries. There are two dangerous fronts: the first one is Turkey and it is announced and the second one lies in areas extending between Deir Ezzor, Sweida and Palmyra and Daraa where there is Iran, Damascus government and Russia. How they allow ISIS move in such areas. From those areas mercenaries sneak into our areas.  

Mahmoud noted to the necessity of prosecuting ISIS '' courts in Rojava cannot sue ISIS mercenaries, international courts ought to be formed. The file of ISIS is not a one that appertains to NES. Investigations ought to be commenced in Turkey and Europe  as these countries had affiliation to the group and its cells. ISIS exploits the absence of a coordinated mechanism, to prosecute those mercenaries. 

YPG's called on the whole world to comprehend the dangers posed by the terrorist group, ''the whole world ought to perceive the dangers posed by ISIS and that its threats are active and the world should know that the Turkish threats against the region gives succor to the organization to make itself more organized and become more active.
