​​​​​​​Hasaka people demand ISIS mercenaries be either prosecuted or expatriated

The latest attack of a sleeper cell of the ISIS mercenaries in the IDP /refuge al-Hol Camp in eastern Hasaka city aroused again fears of the local population.

On 23 March 2019 ISIS was declared defeated territorially by the Syrian Democratic Forces as the last bastion of the terrorist group in Baghouz collapsed. 

But nonetheless, ISIS sleeper cells still active in the areas occupied by Turkish occupation forces and Ilib that from time to another seek to disrupt security in the region.

the last of ISIS commanders was killed in the Syrian city of Idlib which is now under Turkish control.

Since the terrorist group was defeated in the pocket of Baghouz on the Syrian Iraqi border the attack on the Sina'a Prison in late January was the most remarkable and the most organized one.

A number of captured ISIS mercenaries who attacked the Sina'a prison admitted they received help and instruction from regions under the control of the Turkish occupation army.

Though the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS said time and again that the main object of the coalition presence in North and East Syria is to inflict defeat in the group however noting of the character has been materialized on the ground. 

Many countries part to the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS refuse to expatriate their ISIS mercenaries and they do not contribute to create an international tribunal to prosecute ISIS mercenaries in North and East Syria; the two main demands of the people of North and East Syria that fought the terrorist group on behalf of the whole world. 

Citizen Sheikhmus 'Abe says: the international community ignores the demands of the North and East Syria people that all centers on the dangers the terrorist group poses either to evacuate them of to prosecute them in North and East Syria. The presence of those mercenaries is very dangerous, it is going to explode at any time''. 'Abe called for an urgent action by the international community.

From her part, Munawer Zave lashed out at the disregard of the international community of the demands of the North and East Syria people. Their demands center on terminating the ISIS dangers and threats to the whole world.

Zave expressed her fears of the presence and the threats the groups pose to the NES.

From her part Intisar Hamadi a citizen from the Ghweiran quarter that was open to the ISIS attack on 20 January said their 'areas are still open to ISIS dangers'.

Intisar called on the international associations ''to take action rapidly and to open the file of the ISIS mercenaries and to push for expatriating the ISIS families and prosecuting them''.
