Internationalist martyrs remembered in Qamishlo

People and the Martyrs' Families Council of Qamiashlo remembered internationalist martyrs who fell in the NES Revolution in a ceremony held in the city.

In a ceremony held on the 16 th annual anniversary of the martyrdom of martyr Elefteriya Fortulaki, a ceremony was held today in the Mohamed Sheikho Center for Art and Culture in the city of Qamishlo in which internationalist martyrs fell in NES were recalled.

After a minute of silence was observed, member of the Martyrs' Families Council of Qamishlo, Muhyadine Hesen, offered condolences to all internationalist martyrs' who fell in the NES revolution saying victories attained and gains made were in part due to the sacrifices made by internationalist martyrs and that peoples of the region highly evaluates this fact''.

Then a speech was made by member of the Internationalist Foundation, Roza Chekjin, that mentioned struggles and aims of the internationalist martyrs and the solidarity with the freedom movements calling for peoples emancipation.

Then message of martyr Fortulaki was recited to the attendance.
