On Saturday, the Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Parti - Syria, (P.D.K.S)    Abdul Karim Seko, died of a heart attack in a hospital in Qamishlo.

The Kurdish politician and Dr. Abdul Karim Seko suffered a sudden heart attack, and was subsequently transferred to a hospital in Qamishlo; to die in it.

Seko whose origin from the village of Ma'shuq in Tirbespiyê district of Qamishlo canton, and he was born in 1955.

Secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, Dr. Abdul Karim Seko, is known for his patriotic and political positions in Rojava and Kurdistan.

It is noteworthy that he was the Secretary-General of the Union of Kurdish Forces - Rojava, who was announced during a press conference in Qamishlo in August 2019, to join his party later with the Kurdish National Unity Parties, which consists of 25 parties and political movements in Rojava, and was formed in May 2020 to be a political umbrella aimed at uniting the Kurdish ranks.
