Kalkan: international conspiracy against leader Ocalan is to exterminate Kurds cause

A member of the Executive Committee of the Kurdistan Workers' Party, Duran Kalkan, explained in an interview with  Furat News Agency, that the world order and the regional alliances that created the Kurdish cause and put the genocide of the Kurds in mind, after the PKK was cut off from the system and after the parties that were sent to the party set up the Kurdish workers aside, the Turkish army entered the line on the twelfth of September, and NATO ran the war a year after the start of August 15, Kalkan spoke in detail about the stages of the international conspiracy on February 15, 1999, the global attack in 1987-1988, and the imposition of war on Başûr  (Southern Kurdistan) in 1992, the process of understanding and finding new means after the 1993 cease-fire process, the preparations for October 9, 1998 of the conspiracy and its repercussions on February 15, 1999.

 PKK Executive Committee member Duran Kalkan responded to the agency's questions in conjunction with the anniversary of the international conspiracy on February 15, 1999 in which the leader Abdullah Ocalan was handed over to Turkey, and the first part of the meeting stated:

 We are entering the 24th year of the February 15 plot, which the Kurdish people describe as "the Black Day."  Abdullah Ocalan After this operation, what is behind the curtain of this scheme?

 I condemn once again the twenty-third anniversary of the February 15 international conspiracy, and I salute the historical resistance of Imrali of 23 years, as well as the historical struggle against the international conspiracy. I remember all the martyrs of the struggle of 23 years with appreciation and respect, in the hope that we will break the system of isolation and torture  In Imrali in the struggle of the year 24. Our struggle that will achieve the bodily freedom of leader Apo and will bring with it great victories. I wish victory to all those who struggle in the year 24 for democracy and freedom against the international conspiracy.

 Before answering the questions, we must know what the conspiracy is...?  Why did it happen...?  It must be evaluated briefly, because the conspiracy occurred on a historical level, it is not something that appeared like this once, but was prepared for it during historical stages.

 The conspiracy was aimed at exterminating the Kurdish people

 Therefore, it is not an issue out of nowhere. It is an attack that depends on the policy and awareness of denial and destruction of the Kurdish people, which is known as the Kurdish Question. In short, it is closely related to the Kurdish question and again with the awareness and politics of this issue, the attack that keeps the Kurdish issue unresolved, and wants it to continue.  , is an attack aimed at the genocide of the Kurdish people.

 First of all, Against the genocidal attacks on the Kurds that struggle for the existence and freedom of the Kurdish people, and fights against the mentality and policy of extermination against the Kurdish people;  Therefore, this plot against him was hatched, the international conspiracy to exterminate the Kurdish people.

 At that time, this attack was against freedom and democracy, and the democratic solution and humanity, it must be evaluated as such, and because it is not like the others, it must be destroyed, because it cannot achieve its existence. This does not conform to human standards, you cannot exercise freedom through human enslavement, you cannot base your existence on the destruction of others, human values ​​do not accept this.

 The distinguishing feature of man must be different from other species, but  Unfortunately, the mentality of the state against this human being is based on the saying “the big fish eats the small fish”, and in the framework of the “law of the jungle” that the weak who have no strength, must be ended. This is particularly the case when we look at Kurdistan. The definition that humans do not see a social and collective existence in practice is in stark contrast to the historical fact that they have been victims of brutal individual, family, and dynasty wars.

The system of power and the state is 5000 years old, it built its presence in Kurdistan through genocide, the leader Apo described from the beginning the history of Kurdistan in the light of the civilization of the central state, the occupier  The looter and the resistance against it. The state system always occupied and oppressed Kurdistan, and ruled from the outside, in one way or another, came under foreign domination, until it reached a point where Kurdish freedom was gradually abolished, the situation that would become  The Kurds are the owners of a state and a sovereign power, this did not exceed the level of the tribe, the state in Kurdistan did not exceed the temporary level of the dynasty, the regime did not allow this, as the ruler was always a foreigner, and the strangers were occupiers and tyrants.

 This paved the way for the division of Kurdistan among the empires in the middle of the seventeenth century, in 1639, Kurdistan was divided between the Ottoman Empire and Iran by the Treaty of "Qasr Shirin", At the end of the First World War, the Ottomans divided Kurdistan into three parts within the political situation of the Middle East  by Britain and France, between three nation-states, these three nation-states attempted to commit genocide against the Kurdish people.

 The extermination of the Kurdish people was more terrible than the looting and control of foreigners. The genocides were imposed on the Kurdish people after the First World War and beyond. In the beginning, tyranny and foreign rule were imposed. There is something different from this. Foreign domination is hegemony based on political, economic and military interests.  Even tyranny admits that there is no denial or destruction of those under your control. An authoritarian regime controls everything.

 The genocide against the Kurds was more than that, this general situation is seen in many parts of the world, for example, what happened to the Armenians was a genocide, those who committed the massacre did not take the denial of the Armenians into consideration, the Armenians are humiliated, insulted. There is no  denial and nothing important, practiced physical genocide against the Armenians and exiled them. They wanted to exterminate the Armenians only by these methods, the genocide of the Kurds goes beyond that.

 Yes, there are physical exterminations, massacres and forced migration to different places and there is also exile. There are more plans for demographic change and assimilation and projects that are implemented on this basis. What does demographic change and assimilation mean?  In addition to physical destruction, the destruction of culture, history, language, society, values ​​and national culture is targeted, it can also be called cultural genocide, it imposes a life of self-denial, extermination and transformation into something else.

 When the need arises, physical and cultural extermination are applied

 It was on the sovereignty of the nation-state that the First World War took place, on the basis of this policy and awareness, they carried out such genocide on the Kurdish community in Kurdistan, and this means that physical genocide, when the need arises, is applied physical extermination and when the need arises, cultural genocide is applied in any case, it carried out an attack to exterminate the Kurds at all levels. Each country acted in areas under its jurisdiction and entered into treaties with each other. There was clear cooperation between them, to the extent that they did not grant the Kurds their rights within their areas of control. The Ottoman Empire collapsed, but the Turkish, Iraqi and Iranian countries carried out a joint genocide against kurds. Not only these countries did it, the powers headed by Britain and France, and then the United States after the Second World War.  For those who seek to control Kurdistan, the system and the state that establishes them is the system and mentality of capitalist modernity, we must understand the reality of the genocide that is being imposed on Kurdistan.

 Therefore, the Kurdish issue is not the problem of Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Syria, but rather the problem of capitalist modernity, and therefore the struggle must be waged to solve the Kurdish issue not only in these countries, but it must be done against the state system, the authority and the capitalist system as a whole.

 As a result, the struggle of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) emerged. The emergence and exit of the leader, Apo, was not only for the struggle against genocide, but was a departure from the existing authority and the separation of the state system.  Joining the leader Apo and rejoining again to the PKK means to break with the system, it cannot be within the system and within the PKK at the same time, this is not permissible, and this is the basic difference between the PKK and the revolutionary movements,  Left socialism, liberalism, and national liberation organizations.

 Leader Apo tried to understand, express and clarify the situation of the PKK better, and he struggled a lot to understand everyone, but not everyone understood to the same degree, so they did not break from the system, those who wanted the existence of the Kurds and their freedom, they never wanted to understand that, with  petty-bourgeois efforts, nationalist and petty-bourgeois reform efforts played such a role, half of them connected to the system, were approved by the state system.

 The reality of the leadership, the PKK, the separation from the system, isolation, and rebuilding itself on its basis, was a development of its own system. On the one hand, it fought the genocidal mentality and policy, and on the other hand, it entered a situation in which the rebuilding of freedom and democracy appeared as an alternative system,  The struggle of the PKK has been this way since the beginning and it still is.

 Although this struggle initially took on such a meaning, it was a narrow one, and it was a little ideological struggle, and the small military units were doing individual actions, and the protests were narrow sections of society, and therefore were conducted in a narrow arena, at first fought against  the genocidal forces face to face, in terms of understanding the genocidal system, began with the struggle of the fused parts, who surrendered, betrayed their truth, and became spies and agents.

 On the other hand, as a second step, he fought the Turkish state. They noticed that since the seventies, the tactic of "struggling against the buildings and institutions of clients on the basis of democratic violence" came to the fore, that the subject of the talk had reached to cover up its responsibility for genocide against society, and established a network of the largest  collaborators in espionage and treason, unless they are dismantled, neither the main enemy, nor the Turkish state, nor the system of capitalist modernity will be seen, and it will not be possible to engage in war with it, and it will not be possible to reach the people, workers, peasants, villagers and women, so the system that it runs the network of espionage and joint employment of this regime. This network spread around the Helwan-Surik resistance with the struggle against the institutions, structures and spies in Kurdistan. When the network was dismantled, the main tool appeared, the coup took place on September 12, 1980, the Turkish state meant the Turkish army.  Whoever led it, the struggle against this began on August 15, 1984 on the basis of the preparations for the guerrilla war in the Lebanese-Palestinian territories.

 When the Turkish army was unable to eliminate the fighting force on the basis of the three-month plan in 1984, the force of dividing Kurdistan and carrying out genocide against the Kurds appeared, then entered the global state system and its director the United States, its allies, NATO and its organized force on the line, at first Kanaan said  Evren: They are 3-4 smugglers. Let's defeat them. In 1984, when he could not kill them, he was dealt blows wherever he went. It became clear that the Turkish state and the Turkish army would not be able to carry out the current genocide on their own. He advanced himself.  With a request to join NATO in early 1985 to join according to Article 5/, where this Article says, that any country under attack, as if NATO is under attack, and NATO must protect the country that was attacked, the Turkish state did this, as  She transferred the situation to NATO, and defined the PKK and the Kurdish resistance abroad, as the attack on the Turkish state is an attack on NATO, at that time, NATO had to fight the PKK and defend the Turkish state.

 NATO intervened for this in 1985, the global capitalist system came into force, from that day until today NATO leads the war, and leads the international system, this system has been in force since 1987 with the declaration of a state of emergency at the popular level against the PKK  , to eliminate the guerrillas, to liquidate the leader Apo, to eliminate and condemn the PKK in Europe, and to unite those who remained behind, under the name of the "PKK Revolutionary Union" in a false alliance, with the aim of breaking and liquidating them.

 There was such an attack before now, in 1985 some supported the PKK that relied on the Kurdish people, and spread all over the world, they worked in the Middle East and Europe, while they were making progress with the resistance, in this case they reached the level they wanted  The enemies are organizing a plan against the PKK on a global level, this was important, one should know that.  ?

 Those who are not familiar with the 1987-1988 attacks do not even understand the developments and events of the 1990s and the international conspiracy.  This attack, on this basis, stopped the Iran-Iraq war, they made the Iranian and Iraqi armies anvil, and the Turkish army a hammer. The most brutal attacks were carried out in the winter, spring and summer of 1987-1988 to eliminate the Guerilla fighters and Commander Apo, many espionage operations and attacks were organized  And when this did not happen, the German state put pressure on the administration of Hafez al-Assad, and demanded the extradition of Leader Abo, the European Court of Dusseldorf held its session to condemn the PKK.

 They wanted to do this in 1981-82 through the coup of September 12 in 1980, but it did not succeed, as it was aborted through prison resistance.  The PKK at the global level and in Europe is in the hands of Germany, I tried to condemn it and succeeded in that, if such a condemnation succeeded, the PKK would have been in a situation that would be eliminated all over the world, where everyone opposed this situation, they wanted to condemn the apogee line there  Commander Apo was placed within such a conviction, when Commander Apo got out of her hands, she was unable to try him before the military court on September 12.
