Talaat Younes: People do not accept the position of the alliance and Russia

About the continuation of the Turkish state's attacks on NE, Syria, Talaat Younes, the co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration in the Jazira region, spoke to ANHA’s agency, where a civilian and a child were martyred in its latest attacks on the region.

Younes indicated that the attacks of the occupying Turkish state and its mercenaries continue on a daily basis on NE, Syria. Through these attacks, the occupying Turkish state seeks to destabilize the security and stability of the region. He added:  "After the failure of the plan to revive ISIS terrorism, which poses a threat to the whole world, the occupying Turkish state escalated its attacks on NE Syria, starting from Derik to al-Shahba."

He went on to say” Turkish occupation’s brutal attacks on NE, Syria are considered as war crimes, as they target children, civilians, mosques and service institutions, Turkey seeks to revive ISIS again to spread terror and undermine the will of the peoples of the region."

Talaat attributed the main reason for the continuation of the attacks to the silence of the international powers, especially the "guarantor" powers on the ground, led by Russia and the coalition, and said: "They are responsible for the attacks, and they must fulfill their duty towards the peoples of the region. At a time when the Russian and coalition forces are stationed on our lands, the Turkish occupation warplanes target our children before their eyes, and so far it has not shown any position towards all these attacks, and this thing does not serve the security and stability of the region."

He described the silence of the "guarantor" forces in the region towards the attacks of the occupying Turkish state as a supportive stance for Turkey, and said: "This is support for the Turkish state to carry out its attacks on a larger scale. It also allows for the revival of ISIS cells again, the position of Russia and the Global Coalition is irresponsible towards the massacres committed against the people, and our people do not accept these irresponsible attitudes."

In his speech, Talaat stressed the resistance of the peoples of the region against the attacks of the occupying Turkish state and the people's solidarity with its forces. He said: "Our people will continue their steadfastness, and will not allow the occupying Turkish state to achieve its goals by reviving the terrorist organization ISIS and striking the security and stability of the region, with caution and work to tighten self-protection."

The co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of Jazira region indicated the martyrdom and wounding of children as a result of the attacks of the occupying Turkish state. He said, "All humanitarian and children's rights organizations are still silent about all the massacres committed against children, and this exposes the reality of all these organizations. This confirms that they work in accordance with political interests. This loses the people's confidence in these organizations that claim to work to protect human rights. "
