Aldar Khalil: Main goal is to reach a comprehensive system that can represent justice

Member of the co-chairmanship of the Democratic Union Party, Aldar Khalil, stressed that achieving social justice is possible by establishing a fair system and linking the establishment of a fair system to the existence of an organized society that possesses its free will.

The activities of the third conference of the Social Justice Council in the region of Al-Jazira continue, in the hall of the Mohammad Sheikho Center for Culture and Art in the city of Qamishlo, under the slogan "Achieving Social Justice and Ensuring the Stability of Democratic Autonomous Administration ", with speeches by the attendees.

After reading the assessments of the leader Abdullah Ocalan on social justice, the families of the martyrs of social justice were honored, which are the families of (the martyr Yusuf Gilo, the mother Aqeeda, and the martyr Sharnaz). This was followed by a speech by the member of the co-chairmanship of the Democratic Union Party, Aldar Khalil, who blessed the holding of the conference on all the peoples of the region and all those in charge of justice and justice issues in north and east Syria.

Aldar Khalil explained that "it is not possible to address the issue of justice in a narrow and personal context or within the framework of judicial matters only. Justice is popular matters that transcend the boundaries of crimes and what is committed within society, and what is contrary to what is customary within societies."

Aldar Khalil explained that: "In order for the Justice Council to succeed, or we all succeed in reaching a formula that we can say with confidence that it is a system that is closer than possible to justice, we must look for a mechanism for managing the region, and undoubtedly the essence of the matter lies in having our will as societies."

Aldar Khalil stressed that since the beginning of the revolution in north and east Syria, especially after 2011 and today, the main goal is to reach a comprehensive system that can represent justice, and not be similar to the systems that existed previously, such as the state system and authoritarian institutions that control and control peoples’ necks.

Aldar Khalil stressed an important point in order to achieve social justice, and said: “The most important thing that we can rely on to achieve justice is that societies have their own will, that is, that we be free and have free will, and this cannot be achieved unless we live within a just system. The society of justice is the one who lives according to its reality, and here comes the role of the alternative that we proposed regarding AANES, and indeed some of what was proposed has been accomplished, and work is still continuing in order to reach this goal, which is to have a management emanating from this society and its institutions on the basis of organization society, and that this society possesses its will in all aspects.”

'Justice in north and east Syria has been achieved with the blood of our children'

The co-chair of the Martyrs' Families Council in Qamishlo, Muhyiddin Hassan, touched on the crimes and practices carried out by regional forces against the people of northeastern Syria, and said: "Where is the justice while our children and people are being attacked in all its forms?"

Kongra Star spokeswoman, Ramzia Mohammad, confirmed that the peoples of the region and their resistance were able to achieve social justice within the revolution, and said: "No country has been able to achieve a project like our democratic project, which has been established in the region. We have become an example of justice in the world, through our institutions based on moral principles and natural justice.

We hope that all the justice councils in the region will be able to achieve equality within society."

The co-chair of the Lawyers Union in the Jazira region, Shaheen Lali, blessed the holding of the third conference of the Social Justice Council in the Jazira region to all the peoples of the region, and explained that "achieving social justice and ensuring the stability of Democratic Autonomous Administration. It is our real goal to ensure the achievement of social justice and community rights in all fields.”
