Ahmi: attack on Al-Sina'ah prison is three-party complex operation

 Luqman Ahmi’s speech came in a statement to the Autonomous Administration of Northeastern Syria, commenting on the recent events in the city of al-Hasakah from the attacks of ISIS cells on al-Sina’a prison for ISIS detainees.  The main spear is the remaining secret ISIS cells, which are trying to support its elements by evacuating its members from the industrial prison, as well as the Damascus regime that described these terrorist cells as the popular resistance groups and its support for them in the media and logistically, to legitimize them and play the national chord, and the other party is  the Turkish regime and the terrorist groups (Syrian National Army) associated with it. The relationship between them and the terrorist ISIS is an organic one and this indicate this are many, including when a convoy of the Syrian Democratic Forces was bombed on the Al-Hasakah road, Tal Tamr while it was moving to support its forces in Al-Hasakah.  And also mobilizing its forces on the front of Tal Tamr to prevent the SDF from supporting its forces in Hasaka to confront the terrorist attack of ISIS and the impossibility of the prison.”

 Luqman Ahmi also confirmed the thwarting the joint plan, saying: "The Syrian Democratic Forces and the Internal Security Forces, in cooperation with the Globaĺ Coalition forces to combat terrorism, were able to thwart the main part of the joint plan between those parties."

 Ahmi added about the reasons why such attacks are possible: “What makes such incidents possible is the Turkish state’s occupation of our areas and its continuous aggression against the Autonomous Administration’s areas, and the SDF’s having to divert its main force to protect the borders, which gives way for such cells to move.”  The international coalition with its responsibilities towards the agreements signed with Turkey and deterring it from aggression against the Autonomous Administration areas, the failure to provide economic assistance to economically revive the region, the economic siege policy pursued by the authority in Damascus with Russian support, and the closure of the Tal Kojer crossing and the neighboring parties; creates a conducive environment for the revival of the terrorist organization ISIS  ".

 Luqman also demanded Ahmi from the international coalition forces to intervene and prevent such events, saying: "The Syrian Democratic Forces, with their various names, and with the internal security forces, the Asayiş, are the guarantee of peace and security in our areas, and they can carry out their duties towards that, and they are the center of support and support for our people, and to prevent such incidents from recurring.  We call on the international coalition forces to prevent Turkey and its associated terrorist groups from attacking our areas, to remove the Turkish occupier from the areas it occupies, to provide the necessary support to fortify prisons with the necessary equipment and weapons, to break the economic siege on the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, and to support the region economically and logistically, to prevent  creating a suitable environment for the return of ISIS, in addition to trying ISIS terrorist elements in a court of their own in our region, and emptying the al-Hol camp of ISIS families, by having the concerned countries return their nationals and try them to receive their just punishment.
