Qel Egi: settling strangers in Afrin is a grave issue

In an interview carried out by ANHA Qel Egi indicated to the fourth annual anniversary of the Afrin occupation by Turkey and its mercenary groups '' it is four years as the international community bluffs to find solution s to the crisis and to return the usurped lands occupied by mercenary groups supported by Turkish occupation state and in coordination with partners of Astana''.

Mustafa said in all meetings taking place Turkey is assigned to dissolve all armed factions in northern Syria but unfortunately Turkey averts and instead to dissolve these factions it provides it with money and arms and assists all warlords there logistically''.  

Qel Egi said Turkey occupies the whole area extending from Ras al-Ain to Tal Abyad that amounts to 130 km and it occupies Jarablus, Azaz, Bab and Afrin and Idlib proper. In all these areas the Turkish flag is hoisted and the area is run by Turkish army and security officers supported by mercenary groups that behave contradictory to all names the assume, such as the National Army. 

According to Qel Egi this is a new-old scheme that is based on the Turkish National Pact that considers the vilayet of Aleppo and its countryside, Raqqa and its countryside, Idlib and a part of its countryside and a part of the eastern countryside of Lattakia, part of Hama northern side part and parcel of Turkish territory which Turkey seeks to regain them''.

Qel Egi said Turkish state provides all facilities in all areas that is consider part of the Aleppo vilayet conferring nationality and all needs for the sake to be incorporated into the Turkish community '' the Turkish flag is hoisted, the relations underwent changes in those areas they are annexed from Syria, they deal with the Turkish lira, water comes from Turkey, internet services, electricity and all borders are border crossings are open to Turkey and closed to Syria such as Bab Hawa and Salameh. Even branches of Turkish universities have been set up'', said Qel Egi.

Qel Egi said Turkey adopts the Turkofication policy in the occupied areas.

It is the United States that assigns such roles and the demarcation of frontiers here and there, unfortunately the international community behaves immorally and runs the crisis according to its interests and it never rendered Syrians any chance for solution''.

On the exit on the Turkish occupation forces from Syrian lands Qel Egi said all Syrians have incurred damages from the Turkish occupation , this is not confined to Kurds ort Arabs or Tukomen. Any honest Syrian knows this is an occupation, stressing on the necessity of holding an overall Syrian conference similar to that 1919-1920 to be a map for all Syrians.

Qel Egi laid stress on the necessity of reconsidering the Social Contract and be just in power sharing and wealth as well '' Syrian territories under occupation cannot be liberated unless Syrian are united really''. On the Syrian Constitutional Committee Qel Egi said so far a large number of Syrian are excluded , the international community drew and set this de facto committee that cannot give a constitution to Syrians''.

Qel Egi said the Turkish occupation is the most dangerous of all for Turkey has a project in the Syrian territories so it must be repulsed. This project is supported by some Syrians. Any Syrian whatever his background is to prefer his national affiliation to foreign ones''. 

Qel Egi went on to say Turkish occupation state has no right to Syrian lands and it has neither legal nor moral claim to Syria'' even the unjust Adana Agreement does provide for Turkish occupation of Syrian lands''.

Qel Egi said before a month the Syrian Parliament called for the return of Alexandretta, '' it had to ask for the cancellation of the Adana Agreement to free Syria from its clutches. The cancellation of the agreement is the way to return Syria's rights''.
