Brothers of detainees: Our cause will be victorious due to resistance in prisons

The Turkish state continues to commit crimes against political prisoners. With regard to sick detainees, it deprives them of their right to medical treatment. Recently, Gümüş prison guards tried to strangle the detainee Rashid Ilhan, and they refused to release the sick detainee Ozalkorkmaz, who suffers from  Hemiplegia.

 Hussein Mesto, arrested by the Turkish state in 1994 in Turkey because of his joining the Kurdistan Liberation Movement. He is also tortured in Izmir prison, according to the leaked information.

 His brother, Muhammad Mesto, denounced the policy of the fascist Turkish state against the detainees, and said: "The detainees only demanded their legitimate right in a free and dignified life. Why is the Turkish state arresting them?"

 Muhammad noted that the world is witnessing the Turkish state practices against detainees, and asked, "Why do human rights organizations not react to the injustice in Turkish prisons ?"

 "Our cause will win."

 Muhammad affirmed that they will follow the footsteps of the martyrs and will support the detainees until they achieve their goals for freedom.

 Shukri Abdo, from the village of Mamolo, was arrested in 1994 in Batman with his companions and for a whole month he was subjected to severe torture by the Turkish authorities.

 'Turkey has no right to commit crimes'

 His brother, Muhammad Abdo, said, "We do not accept the violations  against our detainees. The Turkish state always commits crimes against us. It must stop these brutal practices."

 Muhammad referred to the Turkish state's efforts to take arbitrary measures against detainees by torturing them, and denying patients the right to medical treatment, and said: "The Turkish state's sole concern is to exterminate the Kurds and end their existence."

 “Human rights organizations are not fulfilling their duties.”

 Muhammad appealed to human rights organizations to put an end to the Turkish state and prevent it from torturing detainees in its prisons, and said: "We are not hostile to anyone, and human rights organizations must also do their duty and stand in front of Turkey's arbitrary policy."

 Muhammad stressed that the Turkish state would not make them give up their cause of freedom, and said: "No matter how hard the Turkish state takes its arbitrary measures against the detainees, we will not abandon our cause, but we are with our detainees at every step, and we follow the approach of our leader."
