After refusal of its requests- Al-Asr Office submits a complaint to Judicial and Prosecution Authority

Al-Asr Office submitted a complaint to Judicial and Prosecution Authority due to rejection of its requests to meet with leader Ocalan.

According to Mespotamia News Agency, "on December 24, Al- Asr Office submitted a complaint to Judicial and Prosecution Authority under item "exercising their rights illegally through abuse of office"
No information has been obtained about Commander Ocalan, and the other detainees, Omar Khairy Konar, Hamili Yildirim, and Weisi Aktas in Imrali Island Prison, since March 25, 2021, where all requests by lawyers and families of detainees were rejected, that is why the lawyers submitted a request for an "immediate visit" to the Execution Court in Bursa on November 22, however it also rejected the requests under pretext of the decision which prevents the leader Ocalan from meeting for 6 moths and with his family for 3 months since August 18th.
No information was shared with the lawyers regarding the aforementioned decisions as grounds for banning the meeting. In their application, the lawyers stated that an administrative investigation should be opened with these prosecutors and judges.
