PYD offers condolences and sympathy to Başûr flood victims

The General Council of the Democratic Union Party(PYD) expressed its solidarity with the people in Başûr Kurdistan, after the floods which caused loss of life and property.

PYD's General Council issued a message of sympathy and condolences to the people in Başûr Kurdistan, following the flood disaster that hit some areas,

The message reads: “ To our people in southern Kurdistan, we regretted the news of the floods and torrential rains that swept through some populated areas, causing loss of life and property.

We in the General Council of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) and the peoples in NES share with you pain of this affliction, and send to you and the families of the deceased and to our Kurdish people in southern Kurdistan our deepest condolences and most sincere feelings of sympathy, expressing full solidarity with you in this ordeal,

We stand by you to face the effects of this catastrophe, we are confident in your ability to overcome it, asking God to spare the brothers in Southern Kurdistan, all Kurdish people and the peoples of the world from all harm.
