YPJ holds PDK-Iraq responsible for the assassination of al-Badal

on Thursday, YPJ's General Command issued a written statement to public opinion, which ANHA obtained a copy:

"After decision 2014, Sengal established its Autonomous Administration with the strength of its young women and men, despite all threats and attacks that suffered of it by the greedy forces, where the leaders of the Êzidxan Community were always targeted as a continuation of that decision. The leaders such as Mam Zaki, Mam Saeed, Zardasht Shangali, and Marwan Badal, became strength and will of self-protection that sowed the strength and morale within the Yazidi people in Şengal,

Turkish state had an obvious role in cooperating and financing mercenaries during the decision that targeted Şengal. but the threats and attacks of the Turkish state and KDP on Sengal have continued after it liberated from ISIS mercenaries. Recently, the joint head of the Autonomous Administration Council in Şengal, Marwan Badal, was brutally targeted, by the Turkish intelligence services (MİT) and Parastin, as a result of the Iraqi Government silence, noting that " KDP responsible for this cowardly attack because it grants the lands of liberated Southern Kurdistan with the blood of hundreds of thousands of martyrs to the occupying Turkish state.

We in the Women's Protection Units, YPJ, condemn these attacks, which target the leaders and officials of the Yazidi community, and offer our condolences to the family of Marwan Badal and the entire patriotic Yazidi people."

The statement concluded by saying, "We in YPJ share our people's pain and call on the women of the world and the democratic circles to adopt Şengal in a responsible manner. We trust that women and youth and all the Yazidi people will adopt culture of resistance and defense of Sengal which derives from Mam Zaki, Zardasht Shangali, Mam Saeed and even Marwan Badal ".
