 The Syrian Democratic Council is holding a dialogue seminar under the slogan "The Intellectual and the Prospects for a Political Solution in Syria", in the Euphrates Hall in Kobani at 10:00 (photos and videos are attached).

 The sheikhs and dignitaries of Arab and Kurdish clans affirmed that the Syrian Democratic Forces are a role model in coexistence to protect the land, and demanded the strengthening of Kurdish-Arab unity in the face of all the challenges and threats that surround northern and eastern Syria.  (photos and video attached).

 For the second day in a row, the work of the Seventh Conference of the MESOPOTAMIA Movement for Culture and Democratic Art continues at the Aram Tikran Center for Culture and Art in the town of Rmelan, at 10:00 (photos and videos are attached).

 The national figure, Abdul Baqi Ali, said that the PKK brought the Kurdish cause to the world, and embodied the true meaning of struggle and resistance for the sake of the homeland, pointing to the distinguished relationship between its cadres and society by saying, "They walked long distances from one village to another to visit the people."  Politicians and intellectuals in northern and eastern Syria warned the Kurds of the dangers of migration, and pointed out the existence of local networks linked to global powers aimed at emptying the region of its components, foremost of which are the Kurds, and stressed that the Kurdistan Democratic Party and the occupying Turkish state are two main reasons for Kurdish migration.  (photos and video attached).

 The joint head of the health authority in Afrin region, Muhammad Nour Shabab, explained that the Damascus government is still pursuing the same policies to tighten the screws on the people, noting that the promises made by Russia to the health authority to open the way for humanitarian cases remained illusory.  (photos and video attached).

 With their help and the support of the camp’s municipality, the displaced people of Barkhdan camp in al-Shahba canton continue to repair their worn-out tents, coinciding with the rainy and windy season.  (photos and video attached).

 With the continued closure of the Tel Kojer crossing, the crisis of the displaced is worsening and international aid is interrupted. IDPs in the Manbij city camp say that they are living their worst days with the onset of winter, as rainwater seeps into the tents, and they are in dire need of aid.  (photos and video attached).
