​​​​​​​People of Girkê Legê and Tel Hamis districts condemn Qamishlo's Hilaliye massacre

Yesterday, the Turkish occupation committed a massacre against the Gulo family by a drone in the Hilaliyiah neighborhood of Qamishlo city, which resulted in the martyrdom of the national figure Youssef Gulo, and his two grandsons, Mazloum and Muhammad.

 The Turkish occupation state continues to target the citizens of northern and eastern Syria with drones, which has angered the people in north and east Syria.

The demonstration started from Martyr Khabat Square, during which the people chanted slogans denouncing the Turkish crimes and massacres committed against civilians, the latest of which was a massacre in Qamishlo yesterday to Tuesday.

 After the people stopped for a minute of silence, the administrator of the Democratic Union Party, Taj al-Din Farho, gave a speech in which he said, "Targeting civilians is an act of cowards, so the Turkish state is living its last days and this is evidence of that."

 He pointed out that "targeting civilians in all international norms and laws is prohibited. This is not the first time that the Turkish occupation has targeted civilians and committed massacres against them. Rather, it has become a habit, disregarding all international laws and norms."

 He added: "The family is one of the oldest national families in Rojava that resisted against the Turkish occupation in northern and eastern Syria. The targeting of this family comes due to the occupation's fear of civilians resisting its plans in Rojava."

Tel Hamis

 In the context, the people of Tel Hamis district, condemned the repeated Turkish attacks on north and east Syria, and the conspiracy against the leader Abdullah Ocalan.

 The demonstrators set out in front of the traffic center, raising placards that read, "The leader's freedom is our freedom, and the leader's resistance is our dignity. The demonstration included a statement on behalf of the Revolutionary Youth Movement.

It said: "we gathered to condemn and denounce the continuous attacks of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries on northern and eastern Syria through direct and private war."

 He added: "Our youth today must stand up to the enemy (the Turkish occupation state)," noting that they are based on the principle of  society protection called for by the leader Abdullah Ocalan.

 The demonstration also included a speech on behalf of the Tel Hamis district council, delivered by Khaled Al-Nayef, in which he denounced the attacks of the Turkish occupation state and the international conspiracy against the leader Abdullah Ocalan.
