 Under the slogan "Kobanî defended humanity, and humanity must defend Kobani", the people of the city of Al-Hasakah came out in a mass stand in solidarity with the city of Kobani, in celebration of the World Day of Kobani's Resistance, which falls on the first of November.

 The announcement came today, after the resistance of the People's Protection Units (YPG) and the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) to ISIS mercenaries in the city of Kobani, which lasted 134 days.

 Hundreds of the city's components, in addition to members of all civil institutions and centers, participated in the solidarity vigil organized in the Leader Apo Park.

 The stand of solidarity began with a minute of silence, then the administrator of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) in the city of Hasaka, Abd al-Salam Kormi, delivered a speech in which he indicated that the city of Kobani has become an icon of resistance from the far east to the far west.

 Noting that the city of Kobani survived thanks to the resistance of the People's Protection Units and Women, who wrote the highest meanings of the resistance throughout the pages of history, and that it thwarted the plans of the Turkish occupation in the region, which Turkish President Erdogan.

 He pointed out that Erdogan is constantly trying to target the regions of northern and eastern Syria, saying: "Their goal is to undermine our heroism and our determination, and we are the peoples of northern and eastern Syria. Our message to the Turkish occupation is not to approach, because the areas of northern and eastern Syria will be a cemetery for him."

 For her part, the administrator at Kongra Star in al-Hasakah canton, Rima Issa, confirmed that the people of north and east Syria, through their forces and firm will, have proven their ability to protect northeast Syria from ISIS mercenaries, and that they will be able with the same determination and determination to defeat the Turkish occupation.

 She said: "Everyone should know that no one can break our resistance, and that the Turkish occupation attacks and threatens our areas, and thus aims to break our will, but we will not surrender, and we will resist, and all our areas are Kobani."
