Koçer: Any new Turkish aggression to be met with unprecedented popular resistance

 Hassan Koçer, the deputy co-chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, spoke in the wake of Turkish threats to launch a new aggression against the NES regions.

 He considered that the US-Russian talks isolated the Turkish occupation state from playing a role in the region, and that this led it to fall into the arms of America at times and Russia at others, as it seeks to get closer to the United States through a deal of F- 16 planes, stressing that the economic situation, the mercenary groups, and the Idlib issue burden the Turkish state, which is issuing threats in light of the critical situation.

 Turkish President Erdogan returned during a press conference from the capital, Ankara, on October 11, and issued threats against the regions of northern and eastern Syria to launch a new aggression, claiming that Turkish territory had been subjected to attacks from the Syrian Democratic Forces.

 Koçer said, "Those who accuse the Kurds of terrorism are themselves the sponsors of terrorism, and that their regions, especially Idlib, have become a center of international terrorism."

 He added, "We are fighting a battle of existence in Başûr and Rojava against the Turkish occupier, but Erdogan dares to call the general Kurdish people terrorists, because the international community is completely turns a blind eye to this issue, if the revolution of freedom is a terrorist revolution, then all the liberation revolutions in Europe are terrorist revolutions.  We are waging a war against terrorism and its supporters, so how can this revolutionary struggle be described as terrorism, it is clear that the term terrorism is used according to interests, not actions.

 On October 13, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu issued new threats to launch aggression targeting the areas of the SDF.

 Koçer indicated that any other occupation operation will lead the Syrian crisis into labyrinths from which there is no way out and further complicate it, at a time when the Autonomous Administration is seeking to find solutions to it.

 'Even the Turkish people will not be spared the plans of the state'

 At the conclusion of his speech, Hasan Kojer, Vice-President of the Joint Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, considered that "the Turkish state has become a scourge for the Middle East region, and it will become a scourge for the world, because it sponsors the radical Islamic movements, led by ISIS, and even the Turkish people will not be spared from these schemes."  The July 15 coup in Turkey is the best proof of that. Those groups massacred the Turkish soldiers.”

 He stressed, "Any other Turkish aggression will be met with unprecedented popular resistance, and that our people and our Autonomous Administration have made great strides in the preparations. At a time when the Turkish occupation state is launching new threats, our people are preparing to liberate the areas occupied by Turkey and its mercenary groups."
