"

The co-chair of the Diplomatic Office of the Democratic Union Party, PYD, Khalil Othman also expressed his objection to the KDP's attempts to forcibly enter Shengal, and said, "The KDP forces fled with their military capabilities on August 3^rd, 2014, when ISIS mercenaries attacked Shengal with the support of the fascism Turkish state.
