ANHA monitors Turkish occupation shelling on Assyrian villages in rural Tal Tamr

Our correspondent in Tal Tamr district explained that "the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries are targeting, until the moment of the preparation the piece of news, the Assyrian villages in the eastern and northwestern countryside of Tal Tamr district, in addition to the village of Derdara north of Tal Tamr on Zergan Road."

He pointed out that, during its bombing, the occupation uses rocket launchers and heavy artillery, stressing that "the villages that are being targeted are the village of Tal Shanan, east of Tal Tamr district, Derdara in the north of the district, Tal Kaifji and Tal Juma'a, northwest of Tal Tamr, which are inhabited by unarmed civilians."

The reporter also confirmed that Turkish missiles bombed the vicinity of the Assyrian Martyrs' Shrine near the village of Tal Shanan.
