The international conspiracy...by Abdullah Ocalan - 1

 In his pleadings, the leader Abdullah Ocalan analyzed the conspiracy's goals of the conspiring forces to end the Kurdish issue, and we have listed some of the excerpts of the leader Abdullah Ocalan in his pleading entitled Manifesto of Democratic Civilization - the Kurdish Question and the Solution of the Democratic and Civil Nation, in the form of two parts.

The equation that prevailed in the period that led to my expulsion from Syria, is more striking. The concept of expelling is based again on the conflicting importance of the great importance that I have always expressed for friendly relations with Israel's policy towards the Kurds.  Israel, which relied on its lordship and leadership for the Kurdish cause, especially after the Second World War, had become very sensitive towards it, to the point where it would not tolerate a second type of solution regarding the Kurdish issue, whose resonance began to expand exponentially, represented in my person.  Because my model in the solution did not fit their calculations at all.  I must not deny the role of the Israeli intelligence (Mossad), which indirectly called me to its method of solution.  But I wasn't ready morally or politically.  The Syrian Arab regime did not want to go beyond the form of the predominantly tactical relations with the leadership of the PKK, knowing that the presidency of Hafez al-Assad was depending on the hegemony struggle between the United States of America and the Soviet Union.  Hafez al-Assad was not able to maintain any tactical relationship, in light of the critical atmosphere with the collapse of the Soviet Union.  When it was balancing with Turkey through me (t the PKK), it was looking, in one sense, for a response to the threats that the Turkish Republic has loomed against Syria since 1958 on the one hand, and its extremist bias towards Israel on the other hand, and considering that the PKK is an appropriate tool in this regard.  Thus, it opened up the possibility of establishing a tactical relationship with it in the long term.  This was not intended to appear as paving the way for a second Kurdish policy.  Thus, the efforts of the Turkish rulers were unable to influence this context.

 “Israel is the key force that got me out of Syria.”

This briefing is sufficient to indicate that Israel is the main force that drove me out of Syria, no doubt, that American political threats and Turkish military pressures also played a role in this.  We must not forget that Israel has been in secret treaties with Turkey since the fifties.  For the second time, the Anti-PKK alliance was consolidating between the United States, Israel and the Republic of Turkey through the signing in 1996 of an annexed treaty called "the Fight Against Terrorism".

 Another important factor that must be added to this stage is the agreement of the Republic of Turkey with the administration of the PDK and YNK on the basis of anti-PKK, in other words, its agreement with the Kurdish Federal Council formed in 1992, and with its administration, which has relations with both Turkey and Israel.

 There is no doubt that the governments of the Turkish Republic and its armed forces were moving with a tactical concept in the circumstances of those days.  But for your biography history.  Very different views are about important developments.

 This historical error, which Turkey has always angered at the present time, is due to its narrow, superficial, selfish and one-sided awareness.

“I was aware of the necessity to go out from Syria.”

 The second way out was to reach the mountains of Kurdistan.  From the time I was a child, they called me çolê Dînê, meaning the madman of the prairie and the mountains.  But my account of two influencers, was making me move this path to the second place.  The area in which I would be in the mountains, i.e. inside the homeland, would have been subjected to the most inevitable raids and bombardments, which would have caused great harm to the people and comrades.  Plus factor narrow scope relationships there.  When all this is taken into account, it will be noticed that it necessarily meant focusing only on military means and slipping into them carefully.  On the other hand, the youth's unbelievable lack of mobilization and awareness, and the necessity of training and preparing for it, definitely deterred me from going to the mountains.

In short, the allegations of many official and unofficial circles in Turkey, which say: “We surrounded them, look how we achieved the results, do not reflect the truth very much. However, all the persistent attempts that still exist in the policy of encroachment on both Iran and Iraq, have led to the emergence of a fixed blind doctrine, instead of giving the desired result.While the tactical relations concluded by Turkey with Syria and Iran, are pregnant with unpredictable results from now on.However, it can be said that these relations are a means of a policy that embraces many things within it.  When deciding on the issue of bilateralism: “Either the relationship with America - the European Union - Israel, or with Iran - Russia and China;  Do you see, are the governments of the Turkish Republic ready to bear all the consequences resulting from this?!

 “I will not be able to properly analyze my fate.”

 There is no doubt that the lessons I have drawn from my three-month adventure on the Athens-Moscow-Rome line are of invaluable historical value.  my ability to recognize capitalist modernity, which is the primary term in this pleading, hidden behind a thousand masks;  directly related to my adventure.  Were it not for this risk, forsake my formulation of these analyses, but I would either have continued and clinged to a nation-state charged with classical primitive nationalism, or I would have ended my fate as a classic leftist movement, as happened in hundreds of examples lived even among the founders of states.  I keep in mind not speaking decisively as a fundamental principle of sociology.  However, I have a strong hunch that I will not be able to reach the power of the solution that I have now.

 To me, it is quite clear that the real and original power of capitalist modernity does not lie in its money or weapons, but in its ability to stifle all utopias - including the last and most powerful socialist utopias - and to stifle its breath within its liberalism disguised in contrasting clothes beyond the powers of the most skilled magician.

 I would like to say that I will not be able to analyze my fate properly, unless I analyze capitalist modernity, i.e., the enchanting system hidden behind that seventy-year-old lady, representative of the European Commission, who kindly imprisoned me.  The stage of the conspiracy was realized from its beginning to its end at the hands of Israel, America and the European Union, along with the collapsed Russian Federation.  While the role of the Syrian, Greek and Turkish governments in the conspiracy, it does not go beyond bureaucratic services in second place.

 "There is no point in being happy about my arrest."

 I mentioned during the investigation period that there is no point in being happy about my arrest.  I said this publicly to Turkish officials, that is, to representatives of the four main institutions: General Staff Intelligence, the National Intelligence Organization (MIT), the General Security Directorate, and Military Intelligence (gendarmerie intelligence).  Exploiting friendship relations by following a decadent, treacherous and unjust method, and attacking them after throwing me on the plane with a unique plot, not a chivalrous style of war.  Even this fact is a striking example to consider, in reference to what capitalist modernity and its liberalism are, which is the form of the hegemony of the United States of America.  It is the regime that knows no bounds for oppression and exploitation.
