MNK: What Tal Tamr undergoes is genocide led by Turkey to massacre us as ISIS did

The escalated attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on the regions of northern and eastern Syria have entered a new stage in light of the silence of the guarantor and the active forces in the region. They escalated attacks on al-Shahba areas to the district of Tal Tamr and Zarkan, after these attacks, in addition of targeting with drones areas such as Tel Tamer, the countryside of Kobanê and Qamishlo.

 On this, the Assyrian Khabur Guard Council issued a written statement today, Sunday, in which it indicated that "after the dark forces of the Turkish state failed to achieve their goals by controlling the areas of northern and eastern Syria, the occupying Turkish state took a new decision to escalate, as it entered a new stage."

Noting that "the occupier's attacks on the areas of northern and eastern Syria against the people of the region, shelling entire villages daily and the headquarters of the military relations of the Tal Tamr Military Council, the brutal attacks that have been undergoing lately, which affected civilians and soldiers, the fall of a group of martyrs, and the displacement and displacement of civilians and that what is happening in the areas of Tel Tamer and Al-Khabur is a genocide led by Turkey through  mercenaries, and the repetition of the massacres carried out by ISIS in 2015 in Al-Khabour.”

The statement pointed out, "The international community should not be silent about what is happening in this region, in which the Assyrians, Kurds and Arabs share a safe and loving life."

The statement stressed, “We in the forces of the Assyrian Khabur Guard Council (M.N.K) affirmed that we will complete what we started with protecting our people and the entire region from ISIS terrorism, and how we have shown historical resistance against ISIS.  Land is saturated with the blood of its sons, and this blood will not be in vain, and we will remain committed to the memory of these precious martyrs, and the account of the occupier will be difficult.”

  He concluded by saying, "We remember all the martyrs of freedom with all reverence and respect, and we offer our condolences to their families and the peoples of the region. We also renew our promise and our pledge to follow in their footsteps and train them  ."
