Derik people : fascist Turkish attacks to destabilize region

People in the Derik Region of the Qamishlo Canton denounced the Turkish occupation attacks on Shengal, Zarghan and Tal Tamr stressing they are defiant.

Hundreds of people in the city of Derik in far eastern Qamishlo took to the streets denouncing attacks carried out by the Turkish occupation forces on Shengal, Zarghan and Tal Tamr stressing they are defiant as the city was close down while demonstrators raised photos of martyrs and banners read slogans defying Turkish occupation forces and its barbarity against civilians confirming that are rally with Syrian Democratic Forces, YPG and YPJ in the fight against fascism.

After a minute of silence was observed member to the Kongra Star Coordination in the city of Derik Fatima Sulaiman said ''we, all components, ought to be united and vigilant in standing up to the attacks carried out by the Turkish occupation forces and to increase fighting to preserve gains made in NES''.

Fatima called on all peoples and components in the region to rally behind Syrian Democratic Forces for merely it is the sole force that preserve coexistence and gives protection to the region as demonstrators chanted slogans hailing SDF, YPG and YPJ.
