Yazidi Genocide- Rojavans were responsive and cooperative to Shengalis

After penetration into Shengal by ISIS barbaric elements and massacres were committed against those left behind and were not able to reach top of mountain for protection groups of the Guerrilla fighters were heading to Shengal coming from Kurdistan Mountains at a time both YPG and YPJ fighters were fighting ISIS to open a humanitarian corridor to save those survivors that were open to death by exposure and hunger under the scorching summer sun.

YPG fighters fell martyrs to open a humanitarian way that was just a new life one. This was not only confined to military personnel but all people in Rojava rose to the occasion and received people of Shengal and delivered humanitarian aids to them conveying people via cars and even trucks to more safe areas.

The Newroz Camp that was created by the Autonomous Administration in the Jazira Region was the shelter but at least 120 families headed to the Tirbe Spiye district and were dispersed onto Yazidi villages where the humanitarian criteria were predominant.

Then both YPG and YPJ fighters crossed border to help evacuate Yazidis and open humanitarian corridor in Tal Kocher and liberated the Rabi'a area that was handed over force of the Kurdistan Democratic Party to ISIS earlier. 

After those were secured both YPG and YPJ fighters were to reach top of Mountain to rescue those under scorching summer sun and in need of water.

People of the Jazira Region from all backgrounds gave a hand of assistance to the Shengal people. People remember well how private and public service stopped in Rojava cities heading towards the area from which Yazidis were crossing into Rojava. In Rojava tents were installed to collect aids to be sent to survivors of ISIS genocidal acts.

Sulaima Gernus a Tirbe Spiye Yazidi notable in the Jazira Region says '' as soon as we contacted our relatives in Shengal I went accompanied with another Yazidi 'Barzan Silo' via his car to bring people we come across'', noting that their village is a big Yazidi one as others in Tirbe Spiye were empty son they were settled in these empty houses.

With the convergence on Rojava of more Yazidis the Autonomous Administration in the Jazira Region set up the Newroz Camp in which the refugees were settled in as 120 families headed to Xatun, Otelje and Alaresh. 

Gernus went on to say that after three days Kurds, Arabs and Syriacs in Tirbe Spiye all came to their villages offering help and aid that were not limited only to people in Tirbe Spiye even expatriotes abroad in Europe sent aids and support to these refugee on which committees were set up from Tirbe Spiye people to receive and then allot these aids to families as many others were sent to Newroz Camp and Shengal.

Gernus said that Yazidis were not prejudiced against or give preference in this calamity, rather it was a communal issue not related to any religion or creed that facilitated the processes of relieving Yazidis and giving them support.

Villagers in Gir Dem that is inhabited by Muslim Kurds and that is close to Tal Xatun offered help and refugee to Yazidis. Syriac family of Aho offered humanitarian aids five days.

Fares Shemo known as Hajji Fares of the Yazidi notables in the Jazira Region descends from the Daska Clan escorted the aids convoy to mount Shengal on the third day of arrival by Shenglis into Rojava.

The convoy ended up in Karse of thwe Feqiras discharged into the school in the village to be dispersed onto those remaining on top on mountain preferring resistance and possible death to refuge. The village is mainly inhabited by the religious class of Feqiras is the way to mountain top so its people chose to fight and not abandon for its capture by ISIS would have opened the way for a mass slaughter by ISIS barbarous extremists.

Shemo says that when he was in Shengal everywhere was red as weapings and cryings of women were resounding loudly, '' Shengal was let down by the international community, it was left to genocide''.

The convoy that went to Shengal with humanitarian aids and everyday basic necessities returned with mass number of women and girls that averted death and abduction taking refuge into Rojava the most secure palces for Yazidis then.
