Riyadh Khelef: inte'l community and Russia partners to Sefawiye Massacre

Commander of the Tal Abyad Military Council Riyadh Khelef condemned the Sefawiye massacre that was committed by the Turkish occupation forces considering both the international community and Russian guarantor partners to the massacre as they preserve silence.

The massacre that claimed lives of four people in a single family was condemned by Commander of the Tal Abyad Military Council Riyadh Khelef dubbing it as a cowardly dome action by the Turkish occupation forces considering both the international community and Russian guarantor partners to the massacre as they preserve silence.

Russian forces were deployed to the whole frontline with Turkish occupation forces from Tal Tamr up to Ain Issa in accordance with the Sochi Agreement of 22 October 2019 to observe ceasefire and put an end to Turkish encroachments after large areas of Sere Kaniye and Tal Abyad were occupied.

In an interview carried out by ANHA Khelef condemned the Russian silence though their forces are deployed to borer areas and on frontlines as they do not lift a finger all in contradiction to international norms and laws that forbids targeting civilians.

At the end, Khelef pledged to defend civilians and to abort every potential Turkish occupation bid to put into practice its schemes of occupying more Syrian territories.
