People of Amuda salute resistance of July 14 martyrs through a march

Members of the Democratic Union Party, civil institutions of the Autonomous Administration, and dozens of people from Amuda district and its villages participated in the march, raising the flags of the Kurdistan Workers' Party, the Democratic Union Party, the Democratic Society Movement, and Star Congress, in addition to pictures of the freedom martyrs and pictures of the leader Abdullah Ocalan.

The participants in the march started from Martyr Jihad Square in the center of the district, towards the center of the Martyrs' Families Council, west of Amuda district, chanting and saluting the resistance of the martyrs, and the leader Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali Prison, and condemning and denouncing the policies of the Turkish occupation against the Kurds.

When the marchers arrived in front of the Martyrs' Families Council Center, they held a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs' souls, followed by a speech by the co-chair of the Democratic Union Party in Amuda district, Adel Mella Amin, in which he said: "Turkey continues to launch attacks on Başûr Kurdistan, in an attempt to break the resistance and struggle of the Kurds in the face of Turkish policies: to melt and erase the Kurdish identity.

Mella Amin explained, "The resistance and struggle shown by the martyr Mazloum Dogan proved to the world that no one can stand in front of the resistance and struggle of the Kurds, and the Kurdistan Freedom Movement, which was founded on the basis of completing the July 14 martyrs' path."

The march concluded with chanting slogans that salute the resistance of Guerilla in the mountains of Kurdistan.
