Aisha Hiso decries Hewler arrests calling on PDK to release fellows

Aisha Hiso Co-chair of the Union Democratic Party, the PYD, decried the arrests made in Hewler of the of two PYD members and an AANES representative by the authorities of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, the PDK, in Southern Kurdistan.

In a call with ANHA Aisha said'' this is a critical time, the situation in Medya Self Defence Zones and partnership by the PDK in the Turkish plot, arrest of our fellows is a serious dilemma'', dubbing the incident as '' escalating the tension and creates the ground for an infighting, besides all these, Kurdistan Democratic Party creates problems in the Semalka Crossing point''.

Aisha Hiso decried the arrests made by the PDK of two members of the party and representative of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria in Hewler, calling on PDK to release immediately all of them, and to refrain from escalating the tension adding:'' our fellows are there formally on which the PDK has no legal justifications to make arrests''.

Aisha repeated the position adopted by the PYD of rejecting any infighting that advocates preserving gains made by Kurds in Southern Kurdistan and whole parts.

This incident coincides with the popular March against Occupation and Betrayal in Qamishlo that is going to take place at 5:00 PM.
