Now, a delegation consisting of the Vice Co Presidency of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Hamdan Al-Abd, and the co-chair of the Raqqa Civil Council, Laila Mustafa, is delivering a speech about the other, the political and field situation and developments in the region, in the presence of members of the Foreign Relations Committee of the French Parliament and its Chairman John Louie Borlange.

The Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the French Parliament opened the session, which is broadcast live on French space and media, by stating that "Today your delegation reflects the reality of the policy of north and east Syria based on the coexistence of components and gender equality. "You fought terrorism in north and east Syria in difficult circumstances, and despite all the difficulties you have faced, you have always sought to build a democratic system that makes it imperative for democracy and equality between different national, religious and gender components.

He referred to the Kurdish people by saying that "there is an undeniable historical fact in this region that, throughout history, the Kurdish people have been unjust and deprived of their rights. Today, the Kurds are struggling to achieve democracy and guarantee their rights and those of all other components of the Syrian State. This contributes to the building of a stable democratic State that guarantees the rights of all."

This was followed by a speech by the Vice Co Presidency of the Executive Council, Hamdan Al - Abd, on the intervention of regional states in Syria in general and the transformation of popular mobility into a civil war to exploit it "and to implement their own interests at the expense of the Syrian people, since each wants to impose its own agendas on the region."

Al-Abd also referred to the war on terrorism by saying "France has a great role and a clear position from the outset. It has always been at the side of people in north and east Syria in its fight against terrorism. "

Al-Abd thanked the French people and government for their "support for the AANES project", which represents democratic values in equality between components and respect for cultural and ethnic diversity, which "touches French principles."

Leila Mustafa made a statement on the situation in Raqqa, stating that so far there has been no complete reconstruction "since the city lacks many services, such as drinking water systems and bridge-building, and conditions need to be created to return the people of Raqqa to their homes in these difficult conditions."

The meeting will now continue by asking the delegation questions.
