Leader Ocalan's Freedom Committee: Targeting leader's house in Albalur stems from fascist mentality

The Leader Abdullah Ocalan's Freedom Committee in North and East Syria said that targeting the leader's house in the village of Albalur in Kobane is an assault on values and international law, and stems from a fascist mentality.

At around 03:00 am, a reconnaissance plane of the Turkish occupation targeted a house in which leader Abdullah Ocalan used to stay in the village of Albalur, 5 km west of Kobane city, inflicting financial damage on the house.

In the context, the Leader Abdullah Ocalan's Freedom Committee of North and East Syria considered the targeting as an assault on values and international law.

She emphasized that the targeting stems from a fascist mentality.

The committee, during a statement to our agency, denounced the Turkish aggression and said, "We in the Freedom Committee of Leader Abdullah Ocalan condemn this inhumane and brutal act," while noting that its actions confirm its fear of free thought.

The targeted house is the house the leader stayed in, in 1979, while crossing from Northern Kurdistan to Rojava.

The house in Kobane is known as "the leader's house."
