The Turkish occupation state has stepped up its attacks for more than 5 months on the Ain Issa district, seeking to control the largest possible area of Syrian territory after its occupation of the Girê Spî / Tal Abyad and Serêkaniyê Ras al-Ain regions, and an attempt to separate the area from each other.

The two guarantors and their goals in the region

The co-chair of the Legislative Council in the Euphrates region, Fawzia Abdi, said: "Russia and America have been trying to play a role in the Middle East for a long time, and Syria is the link between the Middle East ."

As for America, after its failure in Iraq, it withdrew its hand from it and tried to take a place for it here in the Syrian arena. "

Fawzia said, "Today, they are two guarantor forces for the war that is taking place between the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Turkish state through its mercenaries, and to stop this war, they set limits for it and the SDF accepted these borders."

And she continued, "These two countries were supposed to fulfill their duty as guarantors to the fullest, but the opposite happened, but they facilitated the way for Turkey, and what we are witnessing of the daily attacks on the region by a state for the Turkish occupation of the areas of Tal Tamr, Ain Issa, Tal Rifaat and Al-Shahba. Under the cover of these two countries, they are investigated." Turkey targets in the region through its mercenaries. "

The shameful role of the Damascus government 

Regarding the role of the Damascus government in the region, Fawzia Abdi said: "The mercenaries of the Turkish occupation state from time to time target the Damascus government points in the region, as well as the establishment of 5 military bases near Issa district inside the Syrian territories amid international silence."

She added, "We also do not forget the role of the Damascus government, which was also part of this agreement, and its recruitment of its forces to protect the borders, but these forces did not fulfill their duty fully in the face of the Turkish attacks on the region, and even while they are being bombed, these forces remain silent, not here, but in all areas of the occupied Syrian territory. "

Fawzia referred to the areas occupied by Turkey and the establishment of 5 military bases in them, which aroused the resentment of the people of the region and condemnation by the Autonomous Administration. But there was no reaction by the government forces to stop the establishment of these bases, and she asked, "Is this occupied land not Syrian land?"

People role in supporting their defenders

Fawzia pointed to the great role that the people in the region have in supporting the defenders of this land. “These are our sons and they did not come from outside, and they are in the trenches in the face of Turkish plans aimed at controlling the region, especially Ain Issa district, which is considered the capital of the Autonomous Administration, and until now. They failed to take a step thanks to our sons there. "

Fawzia sent a message to the people in the region in which she said: "If we want to achieve victory in this war, liberate our occupied land, and recognition of Autonomous Administration, our people must play its role effectively. Today we are facing a special and fierce war by the Turkish occupation state and through its mercenaries in many of our regions." It did not succeed, so it changed its strategy, and we tell our people, "Do not believe what Turkey is promoting."
