Newroz Uysal, Faik Ozgur Erol, Cengiz Yurekli and Mazlum Dinç all visited the Turkish Public Prosecution at the Bursa city for a visit application to meet their client held at the Imrali Island Prison but the application was met with rejection on the guise of the six-month ban issued by the Turkish Public Prosecution on September 23rd 2020, after the Road Map presented by Ocalan to the European Court of Human Rights in 2009, for a solution to the Kurdish Question.

Since 1999, leader Abdullah Ocalan is being held in tightened isolation on the Imrali Island by the Turkish authorities that disregard all calls for his release and free access to both lawyers and family members.
