​​​​​​​Syrian political organizations: Ain Issa is benchmark for Syrian patriotism

The Rally of Secular Syrian Democrats in Al-Suwayda and the National Coordination Committee - the Movement for Democratic Change, issued separate statements about the attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on Ain Issa in northern and eastern Syria.

In its statement, the grouping called for steadfastness in Ain Issa, saying: "It is no longer in the interest of Russia and the regime to bring Turkey and its Islamic mercenaries into further Syrian areas, because this will empower the Turks and their mercenaries military, political and geographical at the expense of the regime with the final solution."

The grouping noted: "Russia and the regime exert the highest level of pressure on the Syrian Democratic Forces to hand over Ain Issa to the regime, and if this is done, they will go on with this plan in Qamishli, Hasakah, Kobani and Manbij."

In the conclusion of its statement, the gathering saluted "the brave fighters of the SDF for their wonderful heroic response to the invaders, and glory and immortality for the souls of those who crossed over the bridge of death to revive others."

Ain Issa is a benchmark for Syrian patriotism.

In its turn, the National Coordination Committee - the Movement for Democratic Change, represented by the official spokesperson, Dr. Munther Khaddam, said in its statement: "Turkey has always used its terrorist mercenaries to attack Syrian lands with the aim of occupying it with the clear complicity of some international powers."

She explained: "This is what happened in Afrin, in the north of Aleppo and the northern countryside of Raqqa, and it is happening today in Ain Issa. Whoever imagines the existence of borders to Turkey's ambitions in the Syrian lands is delusional.

The Committee added, "We condemn the attacks against Ain Issa, and we highly value the heroism of its defenders. Ain Issa today tests Syrian patriotism."
