Education Authority promises to improve educational reality

Today, the Education Authority in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) held its annual meeting at the Autonomous Administration headquarters in Al-Raqqa, and the Commission’s committees work during the past year was discussed, in addition to developing plans to improve the educational reality for the next year.

The meeting was attended by all the committees of the Education Authority and the co-presidency of the Educational Curricula Foundation.

All the committees displayed their educational reality in the regions in general, in addition to submitting suggestions.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected NE Syria to close for long periods this year, but despite that, the assessment of the educational reality for this year is better than before, according to the discussions within the meeting.

The committees and the commission also promised during the meeting to improve the educational reality in the region better than before by rehabilitating damaged schools, maintaining some malfunctions in schools and providing health services to them, in addition to building new schools in the areas that have witnessed wars recently.

At the end of the meeting, the Education Authority in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria praised the efforts made by the committees in all regions, wishing for a new year and a new reality for the educational sector better than the years that passed in the region.
