Two Afrinian girls released after ransom paid

Mercenaries of the so-called el-Hamzat Faction affiliated to the Turkish Occupation Army have set free two girls after a two and a half year captivity and torture, in exchange for an unknown sum of ransom.

Though mercenaries of the so-called el-Hamzat Faction set the two girls free yesterday, their father Mohamed Ebdo is still held in captivity at the mercenaries, while Longine Ebdo, 25, and her sister Rojine Ebdo, 18, were abducted on June 21st, 2918.

According to sources, the two sisters were among a group of women abducted by the el-Hamzat Faction, and were transferred to the Marete prison close to the city of Afrin, and the two sisters are still in the occupied Afrin Canton.
