Lavrov said during a meeting chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Russian peace mission in Karabakh today, Friday: "Unfortunately, there is a trend that we are feeling, aimed at obstructing the implementation of the agreement of the President of Russia and Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia signed on November 9, and preventing its full implementation, despite  that everyone admits that it is being implemented successfully. "

He added, "We are also monitoring attempts to change the character of the peace mission, and these attempts are hidden until now, but they do exist."

For his part, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu announced today the completion of the deployment of the Russian peace-keeping force in the Karabakh region, where it began to perform its duties in accordance with the recently concluded war cessation agreement.

During the same meeting, Shoigu said, "The Russian peacekeeping force has finished deploying on Karabakh's territory and has begun to perform the tasks assigned to it."

Turkey tried to circumvent the agreement, by talking about the participation of its forces with the Russian forces in "peacekeeping" in Karabakh, and this was denied by Moscow.
