Eastern countryside of Al-Bab, scene for Turkish bombardment

On Tuesday, Turkish Occupation Army renewed it's shelling of civilians in the two villages of Qer Weran and Girhok where artillery shells fell on the two villages, in a series of shelling operations for two weeks, on civilians in villages on the frontline between Al-Bab Military Council and Kurdish Front forces from one side, and mercenaries backed by Turkey from another. 

According to statistics obtained by ANHA, at least 150 rocket and artillery shells were launched by the Turkish Occupation Forces since October 20^th, from it's military bases in the village of Sheikh Nasser and that of  Jub Al-Barazi, in an unprecedented intensification since last year where clashes erupted on the frontlines, at a time when Syrian Government Forces and Russian Military Police were deployed to the area.

Shelling is centered on Qert Weran, Kawkili, Girhok, Warida, Jabal Al-Sayada and Maysara close to the town of Al-Arima, where Russia's biggest base is stationed in the eastern countryside of occupied city of Al-Bab. 

Ali Yusuf, a field commander in Al-Bab Military Council in Qert Weran says that sniping and shelling operations target primarily civilian houses, and that they repelled various attacks by Turkey and it's mercenaries trying to advance on these villages.

ANHA could not view civilian opinions in villages close to the frontline, due to security harassment and arrest campaigns that target their relatives in the Turkish occupied side, besides repeated threats of killing and targeting their houses by mercenaries.  

Last July, 5 people were martyred or injured from a single family, in an artillery shelling by Turkish Occupation in the populated village of Qert Weran.  

This come in a time when the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria and Syrian Democratic Forces called in statements time and again on the guarantor states (Russia and the U.S.) to abide by their pledges to protect civilians and stop Turkish violations in north and east Syria.    

In first ground operations inside Syria, Turkey and it's mercenaries occupied territories extending from the city of Jarablus to Azaz and Al-Bab and it's countryside, between August 2016 and February 2017, after they were handed over by ISISI.
