27th batch of displaced Syrians leaves Al-Hol

The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, in cooperation with the administration of Al-Hol camp, continues to conduct return trips for the displaced who want to return to their homes in northern and eastern Syria.

These trips come in implementation of the decision of the Autonomous Administration in northern and eastern Syria, and after completing the required documents, and with the guarantee of tribal notables, for those wishing to return only.

Today morning, the 27th batch of return trips left Al-Hol camp, located 45 km east of Al-Hasakah city, and includes 73 families, consisting of 289 people from Deir Ezzor and its countryside, who had no connection with ISIS mercenaries.

The decision to return the displaced Syrians to their cities was taken after the tribal meeting in northern and eastern Syria with the SDF on March 23, 2019.

The camp is witnessing an increase in murder cases in the recent period, the last of which was on the tenth of this month, when an Iraqi refugee was shot dead, and according to the security forces in the camp, these crimes happen at the hands of ISIS mercenaries’ women.
