Demos in al-Bab to protest against high food prices

A special source from Al-Bab area reported that the residents of the occupied Al-Bab area had gone out in demonstrations to protest against the high price of bread and high food prices.

A bundle of bread was sold in Al-Bab area with 350 Syrian pounds, which disturbed the residents and demanded a reduction in the price of bread.

According to the source, one family consumes an average of 4 bundles of bread per day, which is equivalent to 2,400 grams per day, and is valued at 1,400 SP.

One barrel of water is sold in al-Bab for 500 Syrian pounds, not to mention electricity bills and daily food expenses.

The source confirmed that the expenses of one family are not less than 3,500 Syrian pounds, at a time when unemployment is widespread in the areas occupied by Turkey.

The region is witnessing permanent protests demanding the expulsion of the mercenaries of the Turkish occupation army from the region, after violations of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries increased while the region lacks security and stability.
