The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) stated that Russia and the regime's warplanes continue to target the Damascus-Aleppo international highway and other places in the countryside of Maarat al-Numan, amid mutual shelling on the axes of seam line in the area, between the Syrian regime forces on the one hand and the mercenary gangs of Turkey on the other.

In a related context, the Syrian Observatory said that the mercenary groups withdrew during the last hours from the areas of Kafarbasin, Babolin, Sahyan and Maarhatat, located on the international road Aleppo - Damascus, without information on the progress and control of the Syrian regime forces in those areas, after the mercenary gangs evacuated them hours ago.

With this advancement of the Syrian regime, the Turkish observation point in the town of “Maarahatat” will be the third point that will fall within the areas controlled by the Syrian regime forces, after al--Sorman points in Idlib eastern countryside and Mork in the northern countryside of Hama.

These developments in Idlib come after the meetings that held in Moscow during the past two days between Russia and Turkey and the Syrian regime.

Where these meetings were accompanied by a cautious calm in Idlib after an intensified bombing round by Russia and the Syrian regime forces, and the recent promotion of a major battle in Idlib, until the mercenary gangs withdrew from the vicinity of the international road M4.

A Russian expert had spoken yesterday that the recent attacks on Idlib were the result of the tacit agreement between the so-called Astana guarantors, but Turkey is trying to improve its conditions by handing over the international road to the Syrian regime, and the survival of Turkish forces and their mercenaries north of the road.

These developments raise questions about what the deal, Russia and Turkey, and the Syrian regime have reached, after differences over the Syrian file and the situation in Libya.

The Russian-Turkish relations have witnessed tension and verbal messages about the situation in Idlib, as Turkey delayed the implementation of the Astana agreement and the dissolution of Jabhet al-Nusra 's mercenaries, in addition to the dispute over the areas of NE, Syria.

The stages of the Syrian crisis have witnessed several deals between Russia and Turkey at the expense of the Syrian people, after disagreements between them.
