Al-Yahya: Turkey's violations in occupied areas its main purpose of demographic change

Anwar al-Yahya, The Autonomous Administration's chancellor made the remarks during a meeting on the aim of the Turkish occupation mercenaries to destabilize the areas it occupied after the aggression on the 9th of last October.

Al-Yahya started by saying that "the areas occupied by Turkey are witnessing bombings and other security incidents accompanied by indiscriminate shelling on cities and villages in order to spread terror among the people, and forcing them to displace them to facilitate control it."

Al-Yahya pointed out that the mercenaries, after occupying the areas of Serêkaniyê/ Ras-al-Ain and GIRÊ SPî/ Tel-Abyed, started several violations against the people who were not displaced from their areas, such as looting their property, kidnapping some people and demanding ransom for their release. But after they found the people adhering to their land, they fabricated bombings to scare the population and force them to flee.

He pointed out that the aim behind all these violations and practices by mercenaries is to increase the number of displacement between the people in preparation to enter their families, and those who are affiliated with them in Turkey, and housing them instead of the indigenous people in implementation of Erdogan's agenda in the region, which is to change demographics in the district.

At the end of a recent interview, the chancellor appealed to the international community to put pressure on Turkey to stop the violations of its mercenaries against the people in the areas they occupied after their brutal aggression on the north and east of Syria.
